The pace is picking up for the 2015 edition of the International Dirt Bike Show, Europe’s largest off-road exhibition. The floor plan is looking busy, with the heavyweights of the industry already signed up for this year and other major players primed to confirm their requirements.
The Dirt Bike Show is considered by many to be the upmarket shop-window for the UK off-road industry and the organiser is continuing the popular format of separating display-only areas from the retail areas, thereby providing clearly defined zones for visitors to navigate their way around the Stoneleigh Park halls. This means that the main exhibition hall will again house a vibrant and diverse display of manufacturers, aftermarket clothing and accessories distributors, racing associations and the like, many of whom are ringing the changes with a different stand size and layout this year.
On the machine front, expect to see the latest from Honda, Husqvarna, Kawasaki and KTM in hall two. Other notable signings in the display arena include Dunlop, Michelin, Talon, Apico, CI Sport, MH Suspension, Ifor Williams Trailers, D-Zign, the ACU and the AMCA. Elsewhere, and even now getting prepared to open for business in the retail hall are Pro-Carbon, Pulse, Mojo, Pitbitz, Eurotek KTM, Grasshopper, Super MX, Ossur, Middleton MX, MD Racing, Race Spec, Renapur and Sun Leisure.
As a destination, the Show is of course equally as popular for its raft of live entertainment and have-a-go activities. This year will be no exception, as visitors can expect the schedule to be cranked right up to ensure all members of the family share a show experience to remember, and there will be more news on the unfolding plans in the coming weeks.
“The show has enjoyed significant growth in recent years in terms of visitor attendance and the number of exhibitors,” said Show organiser Nick Mowbray. “It is something of a challenge for the Dirt Bike Show team to maintain that upward momentum and to ensure that off-road fans have a great time, feel they have received top value for money and leave the event buzzing; but it’s a challenge we relish and will rise to.
“We’re knee-deep in planning the event and can’t wait to open the doors at Stoneleigh Park on Thursday the 29th of October. See you there!”
