Horsforth and District Motor Club

The Horsforth & District Motor Club will run their iconic Basic Memorial Trial as part of the Yorkshire Centre series. This year the trial gets a major overhaul with a new format of 2 x section routes with a 50/50, making 3 courses to accommodate all the classes in the Centre championship. It will suit levels from good clubmen to Expert.

We have also secured a new Parc Ferme  which is capable of containing hundreds of vehicles in a hard standing sheltered area. This is about 1/4 mile past the old parking lane on the right.

The trial will run as 2 x complete laps of 18 sections over 4 miles per lap, starting and ending in the quarry Parc Ferme. Observers welcome with/without bikes.

There will also be hot food available from the great Bee’s Kitchen caterers.

Starting at 11am on the 12th March 2017 at Blubberhouses Quarry West Yorkshire near BD23 6JP. Access from the A59 Harrogate to Skipton road.
