JSTGGUK Trial Team riders were out at two great Nationals that clashed dates on Sunday.
DAN THORPE won the Bemrose and DAN PEACE won the Cleveland.
The North Derbyshire MCC organised the Bemrose Trial which is right in the heart of GG country and only a stones throw away from our HQ in Buxton.
Always nice for a GG winner at this trial and this year was won by the JSTGGUK Team rider DAN THORPE who rode a brand new 2018 TXT300RACING which he collected from our spanner-man Factory Kev only three days previous.
Dan took it straight to the Bemrose and won!
Dan’s JSTGGUK team mate Richard Timperley was 4th also on a brand new 2018 TXT300RACING with FK/JSTGGUK rider Chris Alford 5th, Tom Haslam 6th and StilesGG rider Tom Moss 7th.
JSTGG girl Katy Sunter was 6th in the intermediate Class.
Up on the North Yorkshire moors, the Middlesborough and District Motor Club staged the Cleveland National which was won convincingly by 19 year old DAN PEACE who thrashed the quality entry. (see results)
This first national win from Dan on his home patch is very well deserved.
This trial is usually dominated by JSTGGUK rider Michael Brown who unfortunately only managed 7th this year and JSTGGUK rider Dec Bullock was 10th.
