Penny Ludgate

Penny was going to the Scott Trial with her son Sam, She was one of the refuelling stop attendants with fellow WL member Paul Whitaker, when she became ill on the journey up to Richmond and was taken back to her Upton home where her daughter in law, a nurse, stayed with her.

After taking medication she assured her family she was ok. They left and when they called in the following morning Penny had passed away.

Penny Ludgate was Yorkshire Centre President in 2015, West Leeds Motor Club Secretary. She was an ACU Licensed National Trials Steward and Centre Steward.

Penny would have been 71 on November 2.

No funeral details have been released.
