Like the song from Billy Ocean…

“When the going gets Tough” The tough go to Brough!

This years Brough Rough ‘N’ is fast approaching and for the fourth year running its Sheffield Hallamshire Trials plan to raise even more money for Charity.

With all proceeds going to Bluebell Wood hospice they plan to raise £2000 to help fund the ‘hospice at home’ scheme that the hospice runs for children who would prefer their care in their home environment.

The trial is a mixture of easy, middle and hard route sections with only one route to ride with a different number of laps depending on your choice of class. The massive lap event is almost 14 miles in length and will take you over moorlands and through wooded streams. We plan to run no less than 3 graded hill climbs, and the popular timed and observed section to make the event different and awesome! Last years winner of the event was Richard Timperley and I’m sure he’ll back to have another crack.

The main aim is all about fun and each year seems to better and better with a BBQ and Raffle its well worth putting in the diary, 4th of September is not one to miss at Elmore Hill Farm, Near Brough, Derbyshire, see trialstalk.co.uk for details.
