Adam Raga signed his sixth podium of the season in the top flight, securing the second position of the World Championship. In TrialGP Women, new podium for Sandra Gómez, while in Trial2 Women the victory went to the German rider Vivian Wachs.
The end of the Trial World Championship is approaching and Adam Raga is regularly on the podium, adding four second places and two third places.
In the GP of Portugal he maintained his good level despite an unfortunate qualify, where a fall forced him to leave on Sunday in the leading group. Despite this, he quickly found the race pace and completed the sections to only seven points behind the winner.
In the main category of women, TrialGP Women, Sandra Gomez returned to the podium and is only two points away from the second classified in the championship. In Trial2 Women, the German Vivian Wachs won with authority and is provisional leader of its category.
In Trial2 we attend the best result of the year for the Norwegian Sondre “Gekko” Haga, eighth. Now he is ninth in the provisional standings and his goal is to stay within the “top 10” at the end of the season.
Now the team is heading to Auron, France, where the penultimate Grand Prix of the season will be held.
DOUBLE PODIUM IN POBLADURA DE LAS REGUERAS (LEÓN)
Prior to the GP of Portugal, the Championship of Spain was held on a double day scoring in the town of Pobladura de las Regueras, with sections that, like in Portugal, were dominated by water and great obstacles.
Adam Raga started two podiums (second and third) in a very positive weekend for the TRS Motorcycles rider.
Race P2 | Championship P2
“We have not had a good qualification and that has conditioned us in the race, it was difficult to understand the evaluation of the judge, even in two different steps in the same section, so I added some points that I should not have. We have riding well and fighting for the victory until the last sections. We are still working to fight for victory in the next races.”
