Team Roundhouse Media Service – 2015 WTC Rounds 3 and 4 30/31/05/2015 Czech Republic
The European rounds of this year’s FIM World Trials Championship started for Team Roundhouse Beta rider Dec Bullock and the rest of the riders in the Czech Republic based near the small village of Sokolov. This well organised event was supported by a crowd of around 2,000 who enjoyed the spectacle of watching the world’s best riders in action. The two day event had the competitors facing very different days as on the first day the event started in the rain before the weather cleared and on day two warm clear skies greeted everyone. The action was played out over a 10 Kilometre course based in the wooded areas and rivers containing three laps and twelve hazards on both days. On the second day some of the hazards were changed slightly.
Dec Bullock: “I am very disappointed with my form at this moment in time as I feel as though I am riding pretty well. On day one I started quite well and I was quite happy to repeat my opening lap score but on the third lap my riding did not go so well. The only consolation is that I scored a valuable single point”.
“On day two I set of with badly with a five mark penalty on section two and this was followed by a three on the next section leaving me well off the pace with a score of nineteen for the lap. I improved my performance over the remaining two laps but it was not good enough to get me back in to the points scoring positions”.
“The results are below what I am expecting and I must thank the team and its sponsors for the support whilst I try to find the form and bring home the results I know I am capable of. I will now put this event behind me and concentrate on better results in Sweden this coming weekend”.
Team Roundhouse Beta is still looking for sponsors to add for the 2015 season. Please contact Trials Media if you want to find out more about the team.
