The TrialGP World Championship has started this weekend in he town of Camprodón(Girona). On Saturday, shortly before the presentation of the new TRRS Gold Edition, Adam Raga signed a positive third position in the qualifying.
On Sunday in the race he was not comfortable in a difficult terrain with little grip. Finally Adam finished fifth, just two points from the podium.
In Trial2 it was not a good day for the TRS riders, being the best Luca Petrella, sixth, and with Marc Riba completing the ‘top ten`. Same luck in Trial125 for Miquel and Gundvalsen, ninth and tenth, respectively.
In two weeks the riders will compete in the TrialGP of Japan, a Grand Prix with two scoring days of competition.
“It’s not the beginning of the season that we expected, the results have not accompanied us in any of the three categories, today Adam was not comfortable, and despite the mistakes we were only two points away from the podium. In Japan we hope to return to be in the highest part of the classification. “
“I can not be satisfied with my result in this first Grand Prix of the season, the truth is that I have not finished feeling comfortable during the race, something that has been reflected in the classification, we will continue working hard to make a good performance in Japan.”
