2025 Leven Valley Two Day Trial – Carlos Casas
Hot on the back of the entry from the Spanish rider Adam Raga to the 2025 Leven Valley Two Day is the exciting news that his fellow countryman Carlos Casas will be back in Scotland for the event on the 27th and 28th of September.
A very popular figure at the Scottish Six Days Trial since his first ride in 1979, Carlos has been a loyal supporter of both the Pre-65 and SSDT bringing so many of Spanish friends to enjoy competing in the Highlands. His love of both Classic and Twinshock machines and trials in general has seen him compete at the Pre-65 Scottish many times. As he has grown older the challenge of both the SSDT and Pre-65 in May has become too much and he now only competes in the Six Days.
Carlos Casas: “I am so looking forward to returning to the Leven Valley Two Day Trial in September to my second ‘Trials’ home which is Scotland. I have made so many friends over the years since my first trip in 1979 when I competed on a Montesa, I am so happy to be able to meet them again in September. Trials Magazine Editor John Hulme has enthusiastically spoken about the Leven Valley Two Day Trial to me on many occasions and then I spoke with Martin Murphy from the Kinlochleven Motor Cycle Club which will see me back in Scotland”.
John Hulme: “Carlos is such a huge fan of motorcycle trials and I knew that one day he would come to compete in the Leven Valley Two Day Trial. Time and travel in the past has been a problem but this year he has found the September date will work for him to come to Scotland. He loves the natural trials environment found in Kinlochleven and its surrounding areas. It will be so good to see him amongst his many friends he has made over the years enjoying and reminiscing about his favourite sport, motorcycle trials”.
