TRS Motorcycles renews its flagship model, the ONE RR, an icon of trials, the best seller model of the Brand that represents the essence of TRRS, confirming the continuity of the production of its well-established carburetor version, a model that has proven over the years to be reliable, robust, and with performance fully adapted to the demands of trial riding at both, amateur and professional levels.

The arrival of the new fuel-injection version does not replace, but rather complements the range, allowing each rider to choose between the direct response and mechanical simplicity of the carburetor, or the efficiency and precision offered by the new electronic fuel injection.

In addition, the carburetor model will receive many of the structural and mechanical improvements developed for this generation, further consolidating its performance and dynamic handling:

Evolution of the chassis

New forging of the cylinder tie rod and new design of the chassis arms.

New steering plates

Redesign of the new upper and lower steering plates, reducing the weight of the whole and making a difference with the previous version.

Translucent fuel tank

Allows direct viewing of the fuel level and integrates the fuel pump inside.

Optimised braking and shifting system

New, set-back brake calliper for improved control over the rear brake, together with a redesigned shift lever.

Rear suspension system

Shock absorber wishbone made from forged aluminium with anodised finish, ensuring greater rigidity and durability.

Renewed undershield

New crankcase guard for the new advanced engine for easier mounting and improved impact resistance.

Engine redesign

New TRS cylinder with optimised transfers, increased water passages for improved cooling, new cylinder head with realigned water pipe outlet and revised angle, as well as reinforced cylinder head internals.

Available in two displacements 250cc and 300cc.

Improved cooling system

Needle cage-less water pump assembly for improved stability and durability at shaft rotation.

Improved mass distribution

Advanced crankcases optimise weight distribution, improving the overall handling of the bike.

Improved electric starter system

New starter motor and machined support, which increase the reliability and robustness of the assembly.

Radiator assembly

Redesign of the radiator assembly including: new radiator, redesigned guard, fan support, new generation fan, CDI support rubber and new silent block system for better support of the assembly and vibration isolation.

Ignition system

New magnetic flywheel improving response at low and medium revs.

New carburetion settings

New carburetion settings providing better, more linear and precise combustion.

New spark plug

The new NGK BPR5ES spark plug with a hotter heat rating significantly optimises engine performance.
