OSET Bikes: A Winning Legacy as the Youth Trials Championship Bike of Choice

August 2025 – OSET Bikes extends heartfelt congratulations to this year’s outstanding youth trials champions — Maisie Danes, Chloe Grace Charlton, and Edward Wainwright — whose remarkable achievements have once again highlighted OSET as the youth trials bike of choice.

The 2025 ACU British Youth Trials Championship series has once again provided a thrilling platform for young riders across the UK to showcase their skills. Spanning six rounds at iconic venues including Scarborough, Earl Shilton, and the dramatic finale on the Isle of Man, the series challenged riders to navigate natural and man-made obstacles with precision and control. The championship not only fosters competitive spirit but also encourages development and camaraderie among the next generation of trials talent.

Ian Smith, founder of OSET Bikes, said: “We are incredibly proud of Maisie, Chloe, and Edward for their fantastic championship wins this season. Their dedication and skill showcase exactly why OSET bikes have been the trusted choice for youth riders aiming for success. We were delighted to support the series again this year.”

Following the tense finale on the Isle of Man where Leeds’ Maisie Danes claimed the T3 British Youth Girls ACU title on her OSET 24-R, to Blyth’s fearless 7-year-old Chloe Grace Charlton dominating the T4 class ACU Youth British Girls Championship aboard her OSET TXP-20, and Driffield’s Edward Wainwright, aged just 7½, securing the T4 boys ACU British Youth Trials Championship with a flawless ‘clean’ ride on his OSET TXP-20. OSET Bikes continue to be the backbone of youth success in British trials.

Ian Smith added: “The TXP-24 should be the medium-wheeled bike of choice for young riders aspiring to compete at the highest level. We’re delighted that Edward Wainwright plans to ride a TXP-24 next season, and we look forward to demonstrating just how capable this machine is in nurturing the next generation of champions.”

OSET Bikes are engineered with young riders in mind — offering electric power that’s safe, quiet, and fully adjustable to match a rider’s evolving skill level. Their user-friendly design makes them ideal for backyard practice and competitive trials alike, fostering confidence and technical ability from day one.

Edward Wainwright’s recent championship run was highlighted by a perfect “clean” ride in the final round on the Isle of Man — a remarkable feat rarely achieved even by seasoned riders. His family has long been supporters of OSET, with his younger brothers already taking to the sport on OSET models.

Similarly, Chloe Grace Charlton’s dominance this season on the TXP-20 proves that size and age are no barriers to excellence when paired with the right machine. Her competitive spirit and fearless riding have made her a rising star in British trials.

Maisie Danes continues to shine on the OSET 24-R, combining the bike’s approachable design with her competitive edge, resulting in a championship win that adds to OSET’s legacy of supporting youth riders.

Ian Smith concluded: “Seeing young riders like Maisie, Chloe, and Edward succeed on OSET bikes validates our mission to make motorcycle trials accessible, safe, and fun for kids. The technology and design of our TXP range especially empowers riders to push their limits while providing parents peace of mind. We’re proud to support these talented champions and look forward to many more seasons of TXP success.”
